How old do I have to be to be to place an order?

For purchasing Alcohol, you must be 21 years of age. Proper ID and a signature will be required at the time of delivery.

I can't put more than 1 item in my cart?

If you are unable to add more than 1 item to your cart then either your browser, firewall, popup blocker or other security program is set too high. Your cookies must be enabled in order to place an order and if you have multilayered security it is quite easy to overlap and not realize the issue resides with one of your programs.

After your done shopping turn your settings back up for surfing. That's where you need the protection the most.

    No. At this time we are not accepting international orders.

    At this time we are only required to collect sales tax from sales generated in the State of Missouri.

    The product I ordered is out of stock?

    In the event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you and inform you of the length of the expected delay. If the expected delivery date does not meet with your expectations, we will cheerfully substitute or cancel your order.

    When do you charge my Credit Card?

    We do not charge your Credit Card until the day your order is shipped.

    There is no order button for the item I want, where is it?

    If there is no order button, this could mean 1 of 3 things:

  • These items are not available for sale online at this time and represent what we carry in our physical locations
  • We are out of stock of that item.
  • Our webmaster simply forgot to turn on the order button.

    Do you change your prices often?

    Yes! Due to the fluid nature of the Wine & Spirits industry, prices will change on a regular basis due to a number of factors like the fuel prices, which increase the distributers charges, availability of the product, cases made, rarity, greed, etc.

    What happens if you make a mistake with my order?

    Nothing, you have to live with it. (Just kidding!) If we screw up your order, we will eat the shipping costs and fix your order. We want happy repeat customers so we will keep trying till we get it right.
