Please be advised that you must be at least 21 years of age to order and receive alcohol from our website.    All orders that contain alcohol require the signature of a person 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery.

Shipping Policy

  • All Wine will be shipped via Federal Express 2nd Day Air or Federal Express Next Day Air if requested. All other non-alcoholic products may be shipped via ground transportation.
  • Shipping to business addresses is prefered
  • Please allow an additional 7 to 10 days delivery time for ground transportation.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We do not ship out of the United States at this time.
  • Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii can only be shipped via 2nd day air.
  • In the event of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay the release of your Wine Order to ensure that your Wine has the best chance of arriving without damage to the precious liquid inside. In that regard, Bombay Wines & Spirits (bombaywines.com) is not liable for any damages to goods caused by weather conditions and other "Acts of God" during your orders transportation, should you choose for us to ship your order anyway, against of our advice.
  • In the event your order contains Wine, and Wine Accessories, Wine will be shipped separately and shipping fees will be consolidated.
  • Should one or more items in your order not be available for immediate shipment, our customer service department will contact you, and offer to hold your order until all items are available, or offer to adjust the total of your order, and ship the current in stock items right away.
  • Please Note that Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air denote business days, and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Your order is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days or sooner from the time of your purchase.
  • All bottles of wine greater than 10 years of age, are purchased at the buyers own risk.

    Any wine sold to you through Bombaywines.com is sold in Missouri and title passes to you the buyer in Missouri. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. We make no representations concerning your legal rights to ship or receive wine into any state outside Missouri. In fact there are certain states we cannot ship to. By placing this order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected designation.

    Return Policy

    If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your order via e-mail at... returns@bombaywines.com

    Note:
  • We will not process a claim if the product has already been opened.
  • Shipping is non-refundable in the event of, refused or undeliverable packages, and may incur a 25% restocking fee.

    Damaged Goods:

    Return the damaged goods to the original packaging materials within 10 days, and call us at 1-636-949-6633. If you prefer, you can also e-mail us at returns@bombaywines.com. Fedex will then come by to inspect, and collect the damaged merchandise. After Fedex has collected the package, we will either send replacement items, or credit your account or credit card accordingly.

    Credit Card Refunds:

    After we have received your returned order, we will process a refund to the credit card used at time of purchase. It may take a billing cycle or 2 before the changes are reflected on your statement.
